Been spending more time offshore lately and the idea of trimming down power draw while holding a steady course has me finally thinking about a monitor windvane. I sail a Pacific Seacraft 34 and figure now's the time to dive into it. I've looked at a few installs online but would really appreciate any input from those who've gone through the full process, or have a good idea about fitment, mounting points, and if you had to modify anything on the transom or stern rail.
